Each person 18 years of age needs to submit his/her own application.

We look forward to having you as one of our valued tenants.  

Our homeowners have the following tenant requirements:

1. Minimum credit score of 600

2. Debt-to-income evaluation

3. National eviction record and national criminal record review

       Regrettably if you have an eviction on your credit our owners cannot accept your application.

4. $50 per person 18 and older application fee

5. First month's rent to save the home in your name until you move in.  That becomes your security deposit.

6. First month's rent and utilities in your name to receive the keys.

Our company provides a property manager for you to contact at all times as well as a software system for reporting maintenance situations 24/7.  Your customized move-in packet holds all the information you need to make your tenancy successful.

 Any licensed realtor in the State of Delaware can show you the property.  You must see the property before you apply.

ONCE YOU SEE THE PROPERTY, we will need 2 months' worth of pay stubs or a job offer letter,  or proof of any verifiable income such as child support, social security, pension, etc.,  photo ID.

Applicants are reviewed on the same criteria, one person or family at a time, on a first application in, first application out process.
